Classes

Did you know that the Duluth Community Garden Program offers educational opportunities all year long? DCGP always offers a variety of garden knowledge classes in the spring and summer. Every spring we can show you how to prepare your garden for planting on site at one of our 16 community garden sites. In the fall, we can show you how to put your garden to bed for the winter months, and teach you how to make Kim Chi, or fermented cabbage.  During the winter we offer fresh fruit canning, restorative fruit tree pruning, seed starting and garden planning classes.

There is a lot going on all year long here at the DCGP; please utilize our resources!
